The following shall apply if you submit to MAGIX information regarding security issues and/or solution proposals (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Feedback”):

You shall not harm any users of MAGIX and shall therefore agree to not disclose information regarding threats or security loopholes of MAGIX’ products until a fix and/or patch has been released by MAGIX.

MAGIX may use Feedback to update and/or improve its products. With respect to such Feedback you hereby grant to MAGIX under all intellectual property rights the worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable royalty-free rights (i) to use, copy and modify the Feedback, (ii) to make (and have made), use, import, sell, offer for sale, lease or otherwise distribute any products or services of MAGIX containing Feedback. You hereby agree that MAGIX has the right to sublicense the rights named above to any third party, including but not limited to MAGIX customers, licensees and/or affiliates. In particular you hereby agree that MAGIX may use Feedback to update and/or improve its products by using Feedback in any manner and using any media MAGIX may deem suitable and without providing reference to the source. MAGIX shall reserve the right to use such Feedback for any purpose and without restriction, and without remuneration of any kind to you or your representatives.

You herewith agree that it is MAGIX’ sole discretion to list on its acknowledgment page your name and/or any personal details you have provided for this purpose. You may request at any time that information about you should not be displayed and subsequently your personal details will be removed from the acknowledgments page.
